Greetings of peace and solidarity!

As the National President for the League, my vote of thanks goes to this distinct group of local leaders who have dedicated themselves to improving and forming this organization the premier League of local government units! I would like to thank them for the dedication and efforts in magnifying the relevance of the League to its members.

These distinguished Executive Board Officers, beyong serving as local chief executive of their cities - with all the countless endeavors, tasks and objectives that duty entails - conducted themselves with passion to provide efficient public service and good governance. They have committed time and effort to promote and share good practices, policies, plans and projects and have been acting as big brother to other City Mayors in pursuit of sustainable urban development.  The manner in which they offered their guidance, support and wisdom is truly noteworthy.

Their undivided loyalty to the organization, their youthful ardour to advance the interests of the League and their commitment to transcend political boundaries, are nothing but humble legacies which we can be proyud of.

Please accept our heartfelt gratitude, highest respect and greatest honors for the roles and duties you have lived and embraced as members of the 2013-2016 National Executive Board. Your invaluable contributions will always remain in our minds and in our hearts!
