The League of Cities of the Philippines (LCP) National Secretariat is in need of dynamic individuals for the following position;

| General Description: |
- The FPLO shall be responsible in ensuring systematized management of LCP financial system
- The FPLO shall maintain record and inventory of all LCP assets and properties
- The FPLO shall ensure efficient logistical supports to the Secretariat and member cities

| Duties and Responsibilities: |
- Supervises the Finance/Accounting Clerk, Drivers and Utility Personnel
- Reviews disbursement vouchers and supporting documents
- Reviews billing/invoices for membership dues and other collectibles
- Prepares collection and cash position report
- Reviews payroll sheet and recommend approval of payment
- Records cash receipts and disbursements to the books of accounts
- Prepares bank reconciliation
- Prepares monthly financial reports for the general fund and the project funds
- Provides logistical support during LCP activities
- Facilitates in securing travel requirements (booking and ticketing) of the secretariat and member cities
- Prepares and submit to the concerned government agencies annual income tax return and general information sheet
- Secure permits (SEC registration, renewal of annual business permit)
- Prepares annual withholding tax of employees |
| Qualifications and Responsibilities: |
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or any relevant field
Experience:
- Two (2) years experience as accountant in public and / or private sector
Competencies:
- Adept in government tax policies and rules
- Knowledge in payroll system
- Ability to follow complex instructions
- Adaptability
- Stress Tolerance |
