U.P. NCTS' September 2017 "Emission Inventory for Smaller Cities" Training

The U.P. National Center for Transportation Studies (U.P. NCTS), in cooperation with Clear Air Asia for Asian Cities, is pleased to announce that applications to the 2nd offering of the Emission Inventory for Smaller Cities are now being accepted. This Course, consisting of six (6) modules, is scheduled to run for four (4) days from September 26-29, 2017. The objectives of the Course are to make the participants: (1) identify the emission sources (point, area, mobile sources) in their cities; (2) develop an understanding of how computation of emission loading from different sources is conducted; and (3) design a work plan for the establishment of emission inventories in their city. It is open to all qualified personnel from the government and private sectors involved in transportation and related functions. Deadline for submission of requirements is on September 22, 2017.
