Forwarding to your office the letter of invitation regarding the above captioned subject as provided by DILG. Also enclosed is the concept note, guide and worksheet to be completed prior to the cluster meeting. Please be advised of the following schedule of dialogues:

September 20, 2016 - Cities in ARMM and Visayas (SMX Davao);
September 21, 2016 - Cities in Mindanao (SMX Davao).

The League Secretariat will be present during the said cluster workshops to assist its members DILG issued Memorandum Circular regarding this matter and the authorization to charge travel and accommodation expenses. In this regard, the League Secretariat can also provide support in booking overnight hotel accommodation and hotel transfer to all member upon request.
